By booking with us directly either on our website, Facebook page or calling us we guarantee you are being offered the lowest and very best rates available to the market. 

You will not be able to book a room on any other website or through any agent cheaper than you can direct with us.

Our Guarantee to you...

"If you are able to book the same room type on the same basis for the same date, cheaper anywhere else we will match the lower rate and add a £25 credit to your bedroom account for you to spend whilst staying with us"

To qualify you need to contact us either by phone or email, giving details of the agent and a screen shot along with the website URL.  We will investigate the source and check that the rate being offered is comparable to the rate we are offering,  if this is the case, at our discretion, we will honour the lower rate and add the £25 credit to your room account on check-in at the hotel.

Premier Club Members have access to special exclusive rates and packages,  to qualify for these rates the guest MUST be a signed up member of the Premier Club prior to checking in at the hotel.
