*The Mud Rasul treatment is not suitable for any persons who are pregnant or that are undergoing or have previously undergone cancer treatment.
You must inform us prior to arrival if you have any medical conditions, have had any surgeries, or may be pregnant, so we can advise the safest facilities and suitable treatments to avoid disappointment.
Due to insurance held by The Spa at Thornton Hall Hotel, we are unable to perform treatments on anyone who has had an operation within the past 6 months. With prior notice, therapists may be able to advise alternative treatments depending on the medical procedure. Please note that we are unable to perform any treatments to those 14 weeks pregnant or under. If you are undergoing any cancer treatment please make us aware in order for us to recommend the best treatments suitable for you.
We do not take groups of more than 6 guests.
We no longer supply disposable slippers to our guests. We encourage you to bring along your own footwear or you can purchase flipflops £10 per pair. This is part of our hotel sustainability policy.
