Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are currently looking for a candidate to assist the Restaurant Manager of our 3 AA Rosette Restaurant. The candidate will have a minimum background of 3 AA Rosettes or Michelin Star experience in a similar role who can continue the development and achievements within the Lawns Restaurant.
This role is key to the consistency and experience our guests encounter whilst visiting our fine dining venue. We offer Excuisite food prepared by our Executive Chef, David Gillmore, a relaxed and atmospheric environment where our guests can enjoy the finest dining experience in the area.
The role will involve extensive wine knowledge, the ability to manage a team, giving training to achieve our goals. Also being involved in generating sales and exceeding our targets both in sales and cost control.

The Hair Spa
The Haair Spa is now
looking to recruit a new trainee hairdresser.The position is suitable
for a
school leaver finishing school in the summer 2012.
We provide in house
training at NVQ level 2 with the opportunity to progress to level NVQ
3.

Waiting Staff Required
We are currently recruiting part time waiting on staff in Lawns Restaurant. This is a general role on a casual basis, hours as required by the weekly rosta.
The candidates should have a great personality, able to communicate with collegues and guests on all levels and have the confindence and enthusiasm to learn about our products and services.
