2 Michelin Star Chef Jean Pierre Billoux at Thornton Hall Hotel, Wirral

 

The Culinary weekend organized by Thornton Hall Hotel was a huge success and sold out quickly after it was announced in the local press. The famous French Chef Jean Pierre Billoux who runs his Michelin Star Restaurant "AU Pre de Clerc" in Dijon followed the invite from Wirral's 4 Star Hotel Thornton Hall Hotel to prepare this extraordinary dining experience during the weekend on November 14th and 15th. Two Lunches and two dinners were hold in the Hotel's award winning Restaurant "The Lawns".

 

"This is the first event of this kind we organized here on the Wirral and we are proud to offer this special dining highlight for our guests" explains Geoff Dale, General Manager at Thornton Hall Hotel and Spa. Our goal is to organize two of those culinary weekends every year and we already won the 3 Michelin legendary Chef Pierre Koffmann to host our next weekend in April 2010."
