About Training School
The Training School is a practical workshop that was set up to allow are NVQ students to gain the experience they need to become qualified hair stylists whilst allowing yourself to have a professional looking haircut at amazing rate.
Our nvq framework is delivered by Go Smart on a one to one basis and the standard of training is one of the highest throughout the country.

Booking Guidelines
- Appointments are only available on a Monday between 9am-7pm subject to availability.
- Due to training requirements clients cannot request a particular trainee.
- Extra time is needed to be allowed for your appointment as the girls work at a slower pace than qualified hair stylists.
- Any client having on the scalp colour service must of had a skin test.
Skin test policy
A skin test is to be performed 48 hours prior to every on the scalp colour service for every appointment made each time with the trainees.
You do not need an appointment for this you are welcome to pop in at a time convenient to yourself on the Friday or Saturday prior to your colour on the Monday and it takes 2 minutes to do. It's a simple process where a spot of colour is applied to behind the ear and is left on for 48 hours.
Your colour can not be done unless this test is performed.
